Experts—or Just Learners in Disguise?

Welcome me back after a hiatus!

Having spent close to three years in this sector, a question keeps circling in my mind:

At what point do we truly become experts?

We are often introduced as 'experts' in various forms, but are we really one? I am still learning, growing, figuring things out, and there is so much more to understand. To me, an expert is someone who knows it all. Yet here I am, still trying to find my footing.

Like a wetland, I too am in flux— constantly changing, evolving and adapting as I grow. In that sense, can I truly ever be an expert?

Perhaps, that's the point. Maybe being an expert isn't about knowing it all— maybe it's just another stage in the journey of learning?
